The ExpressWay area features several pieces of Nautilus equipment each designed to focus on your major muscle groups in the upper and lower body.
Dedicated fitness instructors are available to introduce you to the exercise equipment, track progress and educate you on proper form and technique, as well as the benefits of each exercise.
A complete circuit training program, the ExpressWay works your large muscles first and your small muscles last. One set of these basic exercises at least twice a week provides significant health benefits. Combined with post-circuit aerobic activity and other healthy lifestyle applications, you could see results in as little as 12 weeks.
