In Hot Flow we use breath to flow, push to our edge and then soften around the edge before we surrender in savasana. In Yoga Sculpt we use breath to flow, challenge muscles with strength training moves lead by motivating music, and enjoy the calm we can find after the work. In Yin/Restorative we use breath to hold poses and flow between them and end with a recover series to find our true calm and surrender.
