Care for ages 6 weeks to 12 years is provided by certified staff. Ask at Membership about child care discounts, including Membership Plus memberships.

Youth Handball @ South

Saturdays 12pm-2pm

Handball instruction for youth ages 8 to 13. Skills building in eye/hand coordination, drills, and proper stroke techniques.

  • $40 members, $65 non-members per Month

Tuesdays/Fridays 5:30 to 6:15 pm

  • Ages 5-7

Kids' Zone

Kids' Zones are provided for members and their guests age 6-16 at South, Eagle River, Wasilla, Fairbanks South, Juneau Valley.  Free video games are available on a first-come-first-serve basis in the youth areas of the club. The games are unsupervised.

NextGen Fit  @ Eagle River, South, & Wasilla

Bring the kids to their workout and get yours in at the same time – all before lunch to have the rest of the day!

Instill healthy habits and meet new friends. These functional training workouts will keep your kids moving and motivated!

Eagle River: Mon/Wed (5:15 to 6 pm)

South: Tues. 6:15 pm

Wasilla: Jr. Jam

Tuesday/Thursday (5:45 – 6:30 pm)

Tuesdays 6:15 pm @ South

Circuit style of workout using all of the cool functional training equipment.


Held in the turf area of the club. Ages 9-13. No registration required.
