Protein Peanut Butter Cups

What better way to launch The Alaska Club's new blog than with a delicious recipe from our Wasilla Fitness Director Josh Harth?

Protein Peanut Butter Cups

One batch:

  • 4 cupcake liners
  • 2 tbsp PB2 Peanut Butter Powder
  • Water
  • 2 tbsp. plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • (Optional: 1 packet of sweetener, to taste)
Mix together cocoa powder, greek yogurt and protein powder. Slowly add water until easy to pour (Not thick).

In a separate bowl mix together PB2 and water. The mixture should be easy to pour but not runny.

First pour chocolate mixture into the bottom of the cupcake liners about a quarter of the way full, then pour the PB2 mixture on top of the chocolate layer.

Freeze for 15 minutes and enjoy!

4 cups is approximately: 190 calories, 2g fat, 13g carbohydrates, 32g protein, 3g sugar
