FREE FRIEND FRIDAY: If you're a member, invite a friend for free to your favorite Friday Group Fitness class. Working out is better with a buddy! Your guest will check-in at the front desk and must accompany you to class. Limit 2 friends per class.
Research shows that exercising in a group has enormous benefits. A class setting offers variety, friendly competition, a planned workout and motivating music so group participants enjoy themselves more and the time goes by quickly. In turn, exercise intensity and adherence is much higher for “groupies” because there’s built-in fun, energy and motivation.
