Tuesdays & Thursdays | May 6 & 8, 13 & 15, 20 & 22 | 12:15-1pm
This coached cardio/strength workout alternates intervals of cardio on the treadmill with bouts of creative strength training. Appropriate for all fitness levels as you choose the pace and intensity of the intervals. You'll hear the coach and heart-pumping music through your own Sound Off headset (provided).

This fusion of mat Pilates and barre exercises is a total body workout that challenges, shapes and lengthens muscles for a leaner look, better posture and balance, and improved overall functional movement.
