This coached cardio/strength workout alternates intervals of cardio on the treadmill with bouts of creative strength training. Appropriate for all fitness levels as you get to choose the pace and intensity of the intervals. You'll hear the coach and heart-pumping music through your own Sound Off headset (provided).
