The Alaska Club offers a variety of workout formats instructed by fitness professionals, including cardio workouts (Group Cycle, Group Blast, H2O Cardio), strength workouts (Group Power, Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training) and mind-body workouts (Yoga, Pilates, Group Centergy). Plus, ZUMBA®, INSANITY®, PiYo® , and Les Mills Shapes & Strength Development are included too.
