The Alaska Ski for Women

We hope you will join us on February 1st for the 30th Annual Alaska Ski for Women! This is not only a FUN event, but it serves as a fundraiser for Alaska non-profits working to end the cycle of domestic violence across our state as well as supports NSAA.

Saturdays 10:15-11am @ Juneau Valley 

Turn it up at this fun 6 week indoor cycling class where the lights are dim and the music is jamming .
Designed for beginners and seasoned cyclist alike, this class will really have you pedaling up a sweat!

$10 per class for nonmembers

26 January Strong Start app Challenge. 

To start this new year out with a burst, your challenge is to get:

•  21 workouts in the month (at least 15 in the club)
•  Set a goal with in the app
• Do the bio age feature within the app

UECHI Karate is a unique KUNG-FU Chinese martial art derived from Pangai-noon which uses a combination of powerful, hard techniques with soft, fluid movements.

*No more classes in December. Register now for January classes starting Wednesday, January 7.

Instructor Chris Siddon, a 2nd degree black belt, has been studying Uechi Karate for over 25 years. He’s affiliated with the Rhode Island Uechi Karate School and annually trains with their senior instructors.
