If you have hips, knees, a spine ... this class is for you. This 30-minute feel-good session takes you through full-body mobility exercises designed to improve range of motion, balance, stability, strength and coordination.

Why work out with a buddy?

It's more fun, it's motivating, and you'll hold each other accountable so you don't miss a workout! 

Fridays during staffed membership hours (no classes before 9am). Does not include Studio Hot Yoga. Guest must present a photo ID and check in with the front desk 15 minutes prior to class. Guest is permitted to participate in class only; limit 2 Fridays per month per guest.
