    The Alaska Club West is your gym on Northern Lights Blvd, right in the heart of West Anchorage and an easy drive from Spenard, Turnagain, Sand Lake and the West Anchorage High School neighborhood. It is bright, open and built to keep you moving, with 24 hour access for members, one of the largest group fitness schedules in Anchorage and a full run of cardio and strength gear. When you are ready to recover, our wellness lineup goes deeper than most Anchorage gyms: sauna, steam room, cryotherapy, salt and red light therapy, and massage chairs. And if you are bringing the kids, our onsite Playcenter has supervised childcare for ages 9 and under so you can actually get your workout in, as well as a brand new FLY Trampoline Park facility.

    You will find us at 1400 W Northern Lights Blvd, just west of Minnesota Drive and a short drive from West Anchorage High School, Sand Lake, Turnagain and Spenard. There is onsite parking and the club sits on major bus routes, so it is easy to reach whether you are commuting from downtown or midtown Anchorage. Members enjoy 24 hour access, so you can lift before sunrise, hit a lunchtime class or unwind in the sauna after work no matter the season.

    The Alaska Club West runs one of the most extensive group fitness schedules in Anchorage. Think yoga, cycle, strength, Zumba, HIIT, barre, and mobility, on a rotating weekly calendar that changes with the seasons. Every group fitness studio at West is fitted with ActivePure air cleaning, so the room stays fresh even in the middle of a packed cycle class. Whether you are new to classes or a five morning a week regular, there is a spot on the schedule for you.     Childcare at the Playcenter

     A gym with childcare in Anchorage is a real thing at the Alaska Club West. Our Playcenter is a supervised space for kids ages 9 and under, so parents can get a full workout, cardio, class, cryo and all the recovery, without having to solve a scheduling puzzle first.

    Playcenter Hours:
    Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 1:15pm & 4:00 -8:00pm
    Sat & Sun: 9:45am - 1:15pm
