This coached cardio/strength workout is designed to burn calories by alternating intervals of cardio on the treadmill with bouts of creative strength training. Appropriate for all fitness levels as you get to choose the pace and intensity of the intervals. To add a layer of awesomeness, we'll use the Sound Off system so you'll hear the coach and heart-pumping music through your own Sound Off headset (provided).

Tuesday * December 5 & 12 * (4:30-5:00pm)
 
 
Coached 30-minute treadmill workout using intervals to maximize effectiveness. Appropriate for all fitness levels as you get to choose to walk, jog or run. To add to the fun, we'll be using the Sound Off system so you'll hear your coach and the energizing music through your own Sound Off headset (provided).
