Our staff is critical to our success, and we have equipped them with the training and tools to provide a safe environment for them and all of our members. Here is what we're doing:
Training
Staff has been trained on all CDC, state and local guidelines and proper disinfection techniques.
PPE
Staff are supplied with face coverings, gloves, sanitation stations for hand washing and hand sanitizer.
Social Distancing Measures
All shared office spaces have been reconfigured for social spacing.
Management Presence
Management will have a strong presence in the clubs to support and train front-line staff.
Because of the generosity of our members, we were able to provide various levels of compensation to our employees through the closure. We are proud of the way our community banded together to get through this rough time.
